I have been doing a lot of pondering on what I really want in a mate, yeah I know you can’t build a mate, but I do believe that God will give me the desires of my heart according to his perfect will, however he also states that I should be specific and to let my request be known. So, when I think about a mate or things fit for my King here are a few thoughts that comes to mind and also PLEASE KNOW that if I’m requesting these things I’m also willing to reciprocate them:
- Follows his father
- Ready to lead & knows where he is going
- Covers me
- Prays for me
- Strong arms to shield me
- The ability to know what that look on my face means
- A touch that makes my insides quiver
- Understands that I am not perfect
- Knows my weakness
- Seeks to protect me
- Lifts me up when I am down
- Defends me
- Cares for my being
- Kisses me in the middle of sentences
- Thinks outside the box
- Keeps things interesting
- Ambitious
- Teaches me things
- Trustworthy
- Loyal
- Honest
- Knows his worth and values mines
I'm sure the list could probably go on and on, but these are the immediate thoughts and probably some of the most important to me. As you may noticed, I didn't once list or mention anything about physical attributes, his financial status or his social status b/c at this point in my life all those things are secondary. By know means have my standards lowered or am I settling b/c I think the things I'm seeking after surpasses those classifications. Please, for the few and I do mean few readers that I have out there, feel free to give me your words, advice or share with me what is FIT FOR YOUR KING!

I Love It! I desire to be sought after by one that possesses the characteristics that you listed. You are right on target! I know that you probably did not rank these but HONESTY is definitely at the top of my list.
